CUSTOMER SERVICE; CODE: CS

  1. ⁠Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in a relevant field.
  2. ⁠Work Experience: Preferably 1–2 years of experience as a Customer Service, particularly in a shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or related company.
  3. ⁠Shipping Knowledge:
    • Good understanding of basic shipping processes, particularly export/import procedures.
    • Familiar with basic shipping terms and documents such as Booking, BL (Bill of Lading), SI (Shipping Instruction), ETD/ETA, and POL/POD. 
  4. Computer Skills: Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  5. ⁠English Proficiency: Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, particularly for email communication.
  6. ⁠Communication Skills: Good communication skills with the ability to interact with customers professionally.
  7. ⁠Responsiveness & Follow-Up: Responsive in handling customer needs and requests, with good follow-up skills.
  8. ⁠Teamwork: Able to work independently and as part of a team, as well as coordinate effectively with related departments.
  9. ⁠Customer Complaints & Problem Solving: Able to handle customer complaints and resolve issues appropriately and professionally.
  10. ⁠Time Management: Able to work under deadlines and prioritize tasks according to business needs.
  11. ⁠Initiative & Ownership: Demonstrates good initiative, responsibility, and ownership of assigned shipments and customers.

SALES EXECUTIVE; CODE: SE

  • Minimum D3 or S1 (Bachelor) graduate
  • Proactive, discipline & sales target achievement oriented
  • Have good interpersonal & negotiation skill
  • Computer literate (MS Office, etc)
  • Able to work under pressure and result oriented
  • Able go maintain good relationship with customer
  • Able to speak English
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in Shipping Line or Forwarding

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Find new customer (create new customer )
  • Responsible for sales person target
  • Collect market information from target customer and others
  • Daily activities related above jobs
